1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare, beauty, and personal care products, we currently do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns may be considered only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is missing or incomplete
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
- Free gifts or complimentary items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was from our side
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please follow the return process and place a new order.
