- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will be clearly mentioned before order placement.

6. Delays & Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the package and product
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
